Congratulations to our client Curv for being acquired by global FinTech giant PayPal. As reported by several media outlets,  this transaction marks the third acquisition for a Team8 portfolio company.

Curv is an Israeli company with New York based offices, which provides cloud-based security solutions for digital assets. Representing Curv on all U.S. Labor & Employment matters is Tel Aviv Labor & Employment Shareholder Meira Ferziger, who in addition provides ongoing U.S. Labor & Employment representation to Team8, an Israel-based company-building venture group that builds and invests in companies specializing in enterprise technologies, data, AI, cybersecurity and fintech.
