Frederick H. Mitsdarfer, III focuses his practice on assisting with complex transactions involving the acquisition, finance, development, lease, and disposition of real estate for clients in the lender, developer, owner/operator, joint venture, corporate, and investor space.

Fred assists clients by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the various documents related to a wide range of commercial and industrial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, lease agreements, easements, joint venture agreements, development agreements, security instruments, legal opinions, and other real estate related agreements, as well as helping with all facets of due diligence, including title.

Fred also represents clients in virtually all aspects of real estate development to obtain approvals, including interfacing with state and local officials. He helps clients navigate the complexities of the processes required to obtain variances and special use permits. Fred represents clients in land use and zoning matters before various commissions, boards, and other bodies to pursue necessary land development approvals.
