  • Quali Systems, a cloud and DevOps infrastructure automation startup, raised $54 million in its most recent funding round.
  • Alcide.IO, a cloud-native security solutions company, was recently reported to have been purchased by Rapid 7 for $50 million.
  • Theranica, a prescribed digital therapeutics (PDT) company developing advanced electroceuticals for migraine and other pain conditions, announced that its Nerivio device received FDA clearance to expand the indication of use for acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in patients 12 years of age or older. The company’s Nerivio device is a prescription use, self-administered mechanism for use in the home environment at the onset of a migraine headache or aura.
