shutterstock_91333874On March 2, 2015, David Gitlin, a Corporate & Securities shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office and a member of the firm’s Israel Practice, presented a guest lecture to a group of leading Israeli business executives at the Manufacturers’ Association of Israel. His lecture focused on negotiation techniques in M&A transactions with an emphasis on overcoming cultural differences in cross-border deals. The lecture is part of a six-week series for executives that is organized by Professor Yaakov Weber, a Strategic Management and Mergers and Acquisition professor at the College of Management-Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion, Israel.

David is recognized by Chambers USA Guide as a leading M&A attorney. In 2005, he was recognized by the mayors of Philadelphia and Tel Aviv for exceptional accomplishments in developing business opportunities for Israeli companies in the United States. He has also structured more than 200 M&A deals, more than half of which have been cross-border transactions involving leading businesses  in 15 countries including in Finland, India, Israel and Sweden.
